This is an excellent opportunity for M.Pharm professionals with 2–8 years of experience to contribute to advanced formulation development and technology transfer for global markets, including the US and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:-
As a Formulation Tech Transfer Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing. Major responsibilities include:
- Receiving and interpreting technology details from the Formulation & Development (F&D) team.
- Designing and optimizing process parameters while participating in R&D trials.
- Coordinating technology transfer to manufacturing sites for specific products.
- Monitoring demo, exhibit, scale-up, and optimization batches.
- Reviewing technical documents, product information, and equipment requirements for trials and production.
- Proposing appropriate batch sizes for commercial production based on plant capacity.
- Supporting demo batches with the F&D team and preparing related reports.
- Preparing Master Formula Cards (MFCs), protocols, sampling plans, and risk assessments.
- Troubleshooting issues in exhibit batches at manufacturing locations.
- Drafting responses to regulatory agency queries.
- Conducting investigations for deviations, OOS, and OOT incidents.
Qualifications:-

- Education: M.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2–8 years in formulation tech transfer; prior experience in US and European markets is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of scale-up, optimization, and regulatory documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
